Echo is operated by Echo Wellness ("we", "us"). By using this website and purchasing a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

Echo provides a single, time-limited, anonymous listening session. You write; an AI listener responds. A session lasts 20 minutes from the moment it begins. At the end you may download a summary card generated from the conversation.

2. What the service is not

Echo is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. No diagnosis, treatment, or clinical judgement is offered. The listener is an artificial intelligence, not a human being, not a licensed professional, and we state this plainly throughout the service.

Echo is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, thinking of harming yourself, or in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. Helpline numbers are shown on our home page and within the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Echo. By purchasing a session you confirm that you are.

4. Sessions and payment

A session costs ₹200 and is charged per session. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no stored payment method. Payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

A session begins when payment is confirmed and ends 20 minutes later, or earlier if you choose to end it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Echo to send unlawful content, to threaten or harm others, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to submit content on behalf of another person without their knowledge. We may end a session without refund if the service is being misused in these ways.

6. Safety

If your messages indicate that you may be in crisis or at risk of harm, the session will show crisis helpline information and your payment will be refunded in full. This is automatic and does not require a request from you.

7. Availability and limitations

Responses are generated by an artificial intelligence system and may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unhelpful. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, emotional result, or benefit from a session. The service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance or circumstances outside our control.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

We do not store your conversation. Please see our Privacy Policy for full detail on what is and is not collected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that session.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
