Someone to talk to about money worry
Money worry is almost never only about money. It is about safety, or shame, or what you feel you owe people, and that is exactly why it is so hard to say. Telling a friend the real number changes how they see you. Telling family often means either a lecture or an offer you do not want to accept.
So people carry it silently, and silence makes it worse in a specific way: the figure you are avoiding grows in your head. Dread is always vaguer and bigger than the actual number, and refusing to look at it is what keeps it vague.
This is somewhere to say it out loud once — the real amount, the thing you are behind on, the person you are hiding it from — without it costing you anything socially. Nobody here knows you, and nobody keeps a record.
What a session is
Twenty minutes, anonymous, one payment, no account. You write; an AI trained for one thing — listening — hears you out. It does not rush to advice. If you want to think through what to do, it will; if you only want to be heard, it only listens. When the time is up you get a takeaway card, and everything else disappears. Nothing you say is stored, ever.
