Be heard, validated, and understood
Someone to talk to about work
Work is the hardest thing to complain about honestly, because everyone you could tell has a stake in it. Colleagues will repeat it. HR is not your friend, whatever the poster says. Your partner has heard about this manager for two years and their patience is finite. So it stays in your head, and it gets louder there.
The thing that stings usually is not the one on paper. It is rarely the deadline or the feedback itself — it is being corrected in front of people, or watching someone else get credit while your extra hours stayed invisible, or the slow realisation that the person deciding your year has not noticed a single thing you did. Those are hard to say out loud because they sound small when you say them, and they are not small.
You do not have to make a decision tonight. You do not have to decide whether to quit, whether to escalate, or whether you are overreacting. You can just say the whole thing to someone whose only job is to hear it, and who will have forgotten it entirely by tomorrow.
What a session is
Twenty minutes, anonymous, one payment, no account. You write; an AI trained for one thing — listening — hears you out. It does not rush to advice. If you want to think through what to do, it will; if you only want to be heard, it only listens. When the time is up you get a takeaway card, and everything else disappears. Nothing you say is stored, ever.
